At Rivaldo Footwear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient return and exchange process. Please review our guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Time Frame: Products must be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Charges: While returning the product a standard charge of Rs.100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Any product that appears to be used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Products: Certain items, including customized products or items on clearance, are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Process for Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@rivaldo.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, customers are responsible for shipping the product to the following address:

Note: Customers must bear the shipping cost for returns. Rivaldo Footwear does not offer reverse pick-up services.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement product (subject to availability). If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds:
- Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that Rs.100 will be deducted as shipping charges for return.
